Adoration – The Blessed Sacrament is exposed for adoration following the 8:00 am Mass on every Tuesday until the 8:00 am Mass on Wednesday. All are welcome to take the opportunity to spend private time in prayer with Our Lord.
Adult Education – Parishioners are encouraged to attend an evening of catechesis or spiritual growth, usually during the season or Advent or Lent. Any adult interested in further instruction in the Catholic faith may call the rectory for additional information.
Bereavement – This ministry reaches out to those who have lost a loved one and holds them in prayer. Families that celebrated a funeral liturgy here at Our Lady of Grace Church, during the past year, are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 11am in November.
Book Rack and Religious Gifts – There is a well-stocked book rack and a small display of religious articles for sale in the church vestibule
Marian Movement of Priest Cenacle – This group meets on the first and third Thursdays of every month at 7:30 pm to pray the rosary, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and read from Father Gobbi’s messages.
Men of Faith – This ministry educates and strengthens men to become strong in their faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. Men of Faith is centered on spiritual fitness using easy to follow programs to help men re-energize their faith, their love of family, and have the tools to face daily demands in order to live life to the fullest as Jesus intended. They meet on Thursday evenings.
Mom’s Prayer Group – This group is for home-schooled families and mom’s with young children. They meet the first Thursday of every month at 10:30 am to share ideas and for support.
Music Ministry- This ministry includes an adult choir (high school through adult) , a youth choir (2nd through 8th grade), and cantors that support the singing of the assembly at liturgy. The youth choir rehearses Wednesday evenings September through May from 6-7pm in the church. They sing at 11am Mass on the first Sunday of every month. The adult choir rehearses year round from 7-9pm in the church (summer rehearsals times can vary). They minister at 11am on Sundays and at all Holy Day masses.
Tri-County Marian Society and Rosary Makers – The Marian Society meets on the first Saturday of every month after the 8 am Mass. They pray the rosary every Thursday at 7 pm at the Shrine for peace. Our rosary makers have made hundreds of thousands of rosaries that have been sent all over the world. They are willing to teach anyone interested how to make rosaries and will repair broken rosaries. Rosaries that cannot be repaired and costume jewelry are reinvented by making new rosaries. The Marian Society gladly accepts donations of these items.
Women of Hope – This ministry provides women an opportunity to study scripture, pray together, deepen their knowledge of the faith and serve the community. They meet twice a month on a Tuesday afternoon or Thursday evening.
